When a problem shows up and all you can think of day in and day out is on how to solve it, it means it’s serious. It takes up brain memory — you can’t stop thinking on how to best fix it.
A possible solution to the problem could be something you learn through searching on the Internet or a custom-built solution you come up with because it’s a problem that only belongs inside your organization.
Whatever the final solution is, you know you will eventually get there and that’s when you reach the maximum level of satisfaction. You know you were capable, resilient, smart enough, and willing to stick to the problem to find a viable solution.
That’s the best moment of the day — when you’re done with it and can finally take a break before moving on with the next problem.
