I’m happiest when I’m running.
Running fast or slow, mid to long distances; alone or with friends; with or without a watch on my wrist; with or without a shirt π; sunny, cloudy or rainy β none of them really matter, but they all matter at the same time because running, in some way, has become my weekly therapy.
I look forward to running, most of the time. But I also get bored of it sometimes π
It’s one of the rare moments I’m not connected to any high-tech device. Running allows me to think freely, talk to myself positively, disconnect from technology, and connect with myself.
Running time is truly a time for myself.
I call it weekly therapy.
