We try rushing things, but most things are sort of premeditated. No, it’s not about being religious. I think everything that happens really happens for a reason.
When we try forcing something that isn’t meant to be, we simply find out the result earlier and therefore might get disappointed earlier.
We often wonder what if…
What if we would’ve met this person earlier or later in our life? What if I had taken that trip to xyz country? What if that choice or opportunity is better than the one I’m taking?
Opportunity cost doesn’t care about what you end up doing. You’ll always leave something on the table. You’re ultimately responsible for taking the decision and time will tell whether it was the correct one.
