We keep doing things that aren’t even on par with our principles and values, what we stand for. Why do we do this when we know it’s not what we want or we deserve? Why is it so difficult to stop saying yes and learn to say no? Why is it so difficult to stop doing things that aren’t leading us to where we actually want to be or go?
Can we learn to say no as our default response to most things?
