That’s what teamwork is all about. A group of people who trust and keeps each other accountable working together to achieve one common goal.
When this is true, egos should be checked out at the door, so the team can eventually accomplish its peak performance. And no matter what the results are, the whole team wins or loses.
If there are recognitions, these should be shared among team members.
On the other hand, if the team loses, blames shouldn’t be charged on a specific member because it was a team effort, unless a person messed up incredibly bad.
