Make it or break it

All these thoughts. Positive and negative. Positive thoughts that are telling you, “you could become the person you dream of after hard work, being disciplined, and having consistency and persistence”. But the negative thoughts — these are the killers. They tell you that you suck; they tell you that you’ll never get to be the person you’re dreaming of; they kill all your hopes and dreams.

Our thoughts are what make us stronger or break us apart. It’s a fine line. All these things that happen between our ears every single day. That’s the important piece of ourselves we need to learn how to control before we can even be somebody in life.

Think, therefore, you become.

If you can deal with the negative thoughts, then you have most of the battle won. However, it’s up to you to keep battling with them every day, week, or month to win the war.
