Separation is for reflection

Separation shouldn’t be seen as a bad thing. It’s sad and hard for sure when you’ve spent countless hours, days, weeks, and months giving it everything you had to that person or job you loved so much. But separation is probably one the best things that could happen to you – perhaps it doesn’t make sense at all right now; but to be frank, what makes sense in the present anyways?

Separation is, at its core, one of the few moments that force us to truly stop and reflect about the past and dream a bit about the future. Consider it as your time. It’s your moment to learn about yourself again – what you enjoy, what you want to learn, what you want to make, and most importantly, what you want out of life.

Don’t take it for granted and don’t rush it.

Take a break. Everything will work out in the end.
