We often worry too much for things, words, or actions that might never end up happening. Worry is probably the most useless feeling because it leads our mind to hundred of different places playing the variables game, only deducing the worst case scenario. We overthink everything.
How many times in a day do you worry about something happening (or not happening)? How often do you keep looking back on what could’ve been but wasn’t? Our mind is complex and worrying and overthinking don’t help too much. I think the question now should be: how can we clear our mind and throw away our worries? Would it even be possible?
