We need more

Kindness is undervalued. Working with kind people, especially professionals who’ve been in the industry for long amount of time, who are selfless, kind and supportive is probably the best part of my job. These people are always open to discussing ideas, explaining details, and never first to blame or throw someone under the bus.

Of course you have to be somewhat proficient and good at what you do. Patience is finite, so you need to show you’re open to feedback and can learn quickly. However, the point is that we need more people who are kind and treat each other well even during tough circumstances and timely reasons.
