Angry at what?

You can get angry anytime because of anything — either at something or someone. You can decide to show it or hide it, but anger is still there. It’s within you.

Have you thought where anger could lead you to, what would you achieve by being angry, or how you look like when you’re in this state?

You’d probably accomplish nothing other than frustration within you. More often than not, you make people around you feel frustrated as well. So, here is the million-dollar question: how should we react to situation in which we feel anger?

In the grand scheme of life, frustration has provoked more irrational than positive actions.

My best solution: external events are just that, external events. You decide how they impact you.

My question: are you angry at yourself or at something or someone else?
