Perhaps begin with some healthy habits like not falling under the 80-hour workweek trap, sleeping 7–8 hours per night, eating healthy, doing some kind of exercise regularly, traveling internationally as you budget allows, meeting new people and spending time catching up with friends and family on a regular basis, reading books that are of your interest, stop doing things society expects you to do but you don’t actually enjoy. You get the point.
Let’s start small and build a sustainable life on a daily basis.
Focus on today, but think of tomorrow, next week, month, and the following years as well.
