I do, you do…

If I do something for you, would you do something for me? Isn’t that how relationships work? Hasn’t it always been like this — selfishly with an obscure and hidden intention behind every action, word, or favor?

That’s how it looks and feels like sometimes.

People expect something in exchange. They might even remind you of a favor they did for you when they need something from you in the future. They expect a favor in return.

Be careful of these relationships — they’re toxic and take you nowhere unless you already knew and are in it to play the game because you’re also expecting something in return.

That’d be fair game.

Be cautious of the consequences though.
