This week I've run 5+ miles without any pain whatsoever. It doesn't sound like much, but it's a big achievement for me because I've been dealing with some bad and painful injuries for the last few years.

Infinite time is something most of us want, but none of us will ever get. Sadly. Time goes by fast for adults and slow for children, or maybe the opposite. Time is limited.

When we think about life, enjoyable and positive moments, we are most likely to think about friends and family. However, when we think about tough moments, most of us might think about (guess who...) us and only us. Most people keep the difficult moments to themselves, but I think that it should be the opposite.

I love traveling. It's become an essential part of my life and has taught me more than I could've ever imagined; from cultures, languages, currencies and negotiation to living as simple as possible, doing more with less, valuing every meal, conversation and person I meet, being a more well-rounded and open-minded person, and understanding people better.

Living a life without passion would be an insignificant life. Really. For some people it takes time to find passion in their life, while for others passion comes in to their life naturally and at an early age.
